Groupon In Worcester
Groupon, a Chicago-based company that offers Internet coupons for local businesses, is coming to Worcester.
Groupon negotiates deals with local businesses in cities across the country, offering its subscribers coupons and steering customers to participating businesses. According to its website, its target audience is "savvy, young urbanites."
The company announced in an e-mail message that it plans to enter the Worcester market, but according to its website it does not yet have any deals in the city.
