Sumner B. "Tony" Tilton Jr., a director of the Fletcher, Tilton & Whipple law firm of Worcester and Framingham, has been elected to the board of trustees of Cape Cod Healthcare.
Tilton concentrates his practice in estate and trust planning and administration. He is a trustee or board members of many Worcester institutions, including Clark University, the Worcester Art Museum and the EcoTarium, the Francis A and Jacquelyn H. Harrington Foundation, the Willard House and Clock Museum, the Ruth H. and Warren A. Ellsworth Foundation and the Mildred H. McEvoy Foundation.
The Cape Cod Healthcare system includes two acute care hospitals, home health services agency, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, an assisted living facility and other health programs. It has 4,000 employees, including more than 200 physicians.
