Franklin warehouse sells for $17M

An 82,500-square-foot warehouse in Franklin sold for $17 million.

A Franklin warehouse sold for $16.95 million to Black Creek Group, a Denver-based real estate investment firm, according to Norfolk Land Court Registry District.
The 82,500-square-foot warehouse on Beaver Street is leased to JNJ Industries Inc., an electronics manufacturing firm, and Panera Fresh Dough Facility, according to CoStar.
It was sold by A6 Beaver, LLC, which is registered to the Concord address of Arris Partners LLC. Arris sold a similarly sized warehouse on the Marlborough-Northborough line for $12 million in October.
The seven-acre property is assessed by the Town of Franklin at $6.6 million. The sale to Black Creek Group closed Nov. 23.
