Industrial warehouse in Marlborough and Northborough sells for $12M

An 84,000-square-foot warehouse on the Marlborough-Northborough border sold for $11.6 million.
Concord-based real estate firm Arris Partners LLC sold an 84,000-square-foot warehouse on Bartlett Street along the border of Marlborough and Northborough for $11.6 million, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
About 30,000 square feet of the warehouse is leased to ScottPharma Solutions, an animal feed storage and distribution company. It’s also leased to video production company Preston Productions.
Currently, 10,666 square feet are available for lease, priced at $12 per foot, according to the real estate listing website LoopNet.
The property was sold to Longpoint Realty Partners, a Boston-based real estate firm in a deal closing Oct. 1. It was last sold in 2018 for nearly $7 million and is assessed at $8.3 million by the city of Marlborough.
