Fontaine Bros. Inc., a construction and contracting firm based in Springfield and Worcester, has appointed Sherri Pitcher as senior director of marketing and business development.
Pitcher, who was a WBJ Power 50 professional in 2018, has had a lengthy business development career in Worcester. As senior vice president and chief LifeDesign officer at Fidelity Bank, Pitcher oversaw the Leominster's company's corporate culture. Before that, she was the senior director of business development for the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce.
As a Worcester resident, Pitcher has been active in the community as the board chair at the EcoTarium, a co-chair of the United Way Women’s Initiative marketing-membership committee, and a board member of the MassHire State Workforce Board for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
“Sherri brings a unique perspective to Fontaine Bros. as we continue to expand our business and elevate our profile in and outside of Central Massachusetts,” Dave Fontaine, Jr., vice president at Fontaine Bros., said in a written statement.
