The Hopkinton Technology Park on South Street is now home to five new companies after a spree of leasing activity over the summer.
In a press release Thursday, Greater Boston Commercial Properties announced the signing of five leases totaling 30,000-square feet.
The largest lease — a 10,5000-square-foot space at 6 Avenue E — was to Benstores, Inc., which is described as an online retailer in its filings with the Massachusetts Secretary of State’s office.
Two companies –New York-based pest services Catseye and workplace linens provider General Linens — each are leasing 5,000 square feet of space at 15 Avenue E and 112 South St., respectively.
B&G Services, Inc. signed a lease for a 6,000-square-foot space at 100B South St. and Parmi USA is leasing a 3,000-square-foot space at 3 Avenue D.
Financial terms on the leases were not disclosed.
