Evergreen Solar Drops To Nasdaq Capital Market
Evergreen Solar Inc. has been transferred from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market because it no longer meets the Global Market's listing requirements.
The Marlborough-based solar power company announced in July that it no longer met requirements for listing on the Global Market after its stock fell below $1 per share. The company chose to move its listing to the Capital Market, where it will continue trading under the symbol ESLR.
