Evergreen Solar Inc. has been transferred from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market because it no longer meets the Global Market’s listing requirements.
The Marlborough-based solar power company announced in July that it no longer met requirements for listing on the Global Market after its stock fell below $1 per share. The company chose to move its listing to the Capital Market, where it will continue trading under the symbol ESLR.
