Q. What challenges do you see in your new position?
A. As the economy continues to recover, finding opportunities for new projects remains the biggest challenge. The key to facing this is to remain consistent, with a strong emphasis on innovation and quality when meeting the needs of your clients. New, creative ideas can set you apart from the crowd.

Q. What's your favorite thing about Central Massachusetts?
A. Geographically, it places you in the center of the action and offers you more choices. You can experience the clarity of the mountains or the calmness of the shore.

Q. How close is this to what you imagined in high school you'd end up doing?
A. In high school, success is often measured in earning potential. As we mature, it becomes more about being content with your chosen profession, pleased at a job well done, and staying engaged at your craft. I feel I have accomplished this. 

Q. How far is your commute to the office?
A. My commute is 35 minutes.

Q. What's the best way to keep your energy and motivation up when you're having a long day?
A. Sometimes a slight change of scenery like taking a short walk to the nearest coffee shop can clear you head and allow you to shift gears.


Q. Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
A. Life is so fast paced that I simply enjoy spending time with my family. 

Q. What's on your to-do list for the next couple of days?
A. To familiarize myself with the needs of my clients so that I can best serve them.
