EClinicalWorks Customer Gets EHR Incentive
Westborough electronic health records company eClinicalWorks says 21 providers from Rockford Orthopedic in Illinois have qualified for federal incentives rewarding their "meaningful use" of the company's software.
EClinicalWorks said Rockford has received a $378,000 check from the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services. The money comes from a provision in the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act intended to boost the adoption of electronic health records.
