Candela Makes LaRoche Marketing VP

Wayland-based Candela Corp. has made Robert LaRoche the company's new vice president of global marketing.
LaRoche was most recently vice president of marketing and sales at medical device start-up InfraReDx Inc. in Burlington. At Candela, LaRoche will be responsible for the company's worldwide marketing efforts.
Candela makes lasers used in cosmetic and medical procedures.
