Caliper Says Q4 Revenue On Target

Caliper Life Sciences of Hopkinton said it expects fourth quarter revenue of $36.5 million and revenue of $133.9 million for the year.
The biotech and medical device company reported revenue of $140.7 million for 2007 and said it expects a 2009 revenue increase of between 4 percent and 7 percent over 2008.
The company's previously released revenue guidance put revenue expectations for the fourth quarter between $34 million and $37 million.
The company reported a net loss of $5.4 million for the third quarter.
