The Aubuchon Realty Co., Inc. of Concord sold its remaining holdings at Parkhill Plaza in Fitchburg for $5.8 million to a Burlington corporation.
The deal, which closed on Wednesday according to the Worcester Northern District Registry of Deeds, consists of 100, 96, 72, and 0 Franklin Road, as well as 0 Beech St., comprising approximately 8.6 acres.
Taylor Saulnier of Andover-based MANSARD Commercial Properties represented the buyer and seller, according to ARC President Eamon Moran.
ARC purchased the property in 1976 and developed it in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s, according to the company’s website.
The company sold off portions of the development over the years to CVS and Cumberland Farms, among others.
The tenants at Parkhill Plaza include an Aubuchon Hardware and a Subway restaurant, according to ARC’s website.
Founded in 1932, the company is family-owned and operated, in its fourth generation and owns over 55 properties across New England and New York state.
The buyer was A1Q Park Hill Plaza LLC, registered to Juned Shaikh et al.
