Aerial lift manufacturer leases 20K square feet in Devens

CMC, U.S., Inc., an affiliate of Italian aerial lift manufacturer CMC s.r.l., has leased a 19,527-square-foot industrial space at 137 Barnum Road in Devens.
CMC was represented by Micah Stubblebine of Lexington’s The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, while the landlord, D’Ambrosio Enterprises, LLC of Devens, was represented by George Robb of Omni Properties, LLC, in Westford.
CMC, founded in 1998, manufactures tracked aerial platforms, and has locations throughout the eastern United States.
D’Ambrosio Enterprises purchased the property from MassDevelopment in 2005 for $500,000, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
