Polly A. Tatum

Then & Now: CEO and owner of Mediation Advantage Services and the Law Office of Polly A. Tatum, Worcester

Tatum leads the same law office she did back in 2000, and her standing in the community has grown many times over. She has now helped more than 3,000 families make it through the divorce processes, where she prides herself on helping couples separate with dignity and thrive. She has been selected as president of the Worcester County Bar Association and served as vice chair of the YMCA of Central Massachusetts’ board of directors. Tatum can speak to clients because of experience: She negotiated her own divorce settlement, and she and her ex-husband learned to co-parent their three daughters. Tatum, who was raised in the Fitchburg and Leominster area and earned her law degree from Western New England University School of Law, has become president of the Worcester County Bar Association and served as vice chair of the YMCA of Central Massachusetts’ board of directors. – Profile by Grant Welker
