More Information

Both Central Massachusetts and real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates have grown a lot since 2010, and Jim Cozza has played a hand in all that growth.

Rejecting the notion that Worcester is a stepping stone to working in bigger markets, Cozza has contributed to the growth of his birthplace through his involvement in $125-million worth of property sales and $150-million worth of leases. Since his joining the firm, Kelleher & Sadowsky has grown from nine to 23 employees as the firm’s business interests have expanded well past the borders of Worcester. His contributions to the real estate scene has attracted attention from beyond the region, as he was named a CoStar Power Broker Award recipient in 2017 and 2018 and has had numerous deals he’s been a part of win CoStar’s Top 10 Quarterly Deal Awards. When not serving as a resource of information for the business community, Cozza gives back through coaching youth sports and serving as a board member of the Worcester Young Businessmen’s Association.

Where is the best coffee in Central Massachusetts? Fun fact: I have never tried coffee. My go-to is a large iced tea from Dunkin’.

If you wrote a book of business advice, what would the title be? “Local Knowledge in a Local Market”

What is your favorite place you've ever visited? Nantucket. My family has been fortunate enough to visit the last five years and have very special memories with our children.
