More Information

Chan is bold in business.

At G9, she once purchased the substantial book of business of a retiring financial advisor whom she hadn’t known prior to the acquisition. But her audaciousness has paid off. Since joining G9 in June 2020, Chan has grown her personal practice by 500%, playing a key role in G9 more than tripling its revenue since bringing her on board. She has acted as the lead advisor in one of the firm’s merger acquisition practices after working with an advisor who had spent seven years searching for the right fit for her clients. Chan’s efforts resulted in a second merger and acquisition of which she negotiated and closed. Chan has served on the board of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and in 2023, was named one of the organization’s 4 under 40 awardees. In her community, Chan mentors new advisors entering the field, sponsors little league teams, and during the COVID pandemic, she provided lunches for nurses and doctors at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.
