Julie Creedon-Linton first started in the family catering business in high school, but today it can seem she practically does it all for Creedon & Co. She started her run up the ladder as an event and party planner, working on each miniscule detail with brides and grooms for their big day.
Now Creedon & Co.’s vice president, Creedon-Linton is in her 20th year with the company and fills roles that didn’t even exist when she joined. Over those two decades, Creedon-Linton has run the company’s test division, joined the board of directors of the Massachusetts arm of the American Rental Association, and then became its president. She’s quadrupling participation at events held by the association, and this year she stepped into the role as a regional director for the group’s national office. Those do-it-all abilities extend even to the company’s sibling operations: two summer collegiate baseball teams, the Worcester Bravehearts and the Nashua Silver Knights in New Hampshire, for which she runs concessions stands during games – at least during a normal season. Creedon-Linton also volunteers for the donor registry Be the Match and is an active member of the group Central Massachusetts Young Professionals.
