3Com Awarded $45.3M In Patent Suit
A U.S. District Court jury in Northern California has awarded Marlborough-based 3Com Corp. $45.3 million in a patent infringement lawsuit against Realteck Semiconductor Corp. of Taiwan.
The computer and voice networking company said it is now pursuing a final judgment from the court based on the jury verdict.
The case concerned four patents related to 3Com's network interface technology.
