Attorney, Bowditch & Dewey LLP, Worcester
Birthplace: McKinney, Texas
Residence: Worcester
High school: Holy Name Central Catholic, Worcester
Colleges and degrees earned: Bachelor’s degree, University of Pennsylvania; J.D., Boston College Law School
Career highlights: While my life as an attorney is never dull, being named chair of the Diversity Committee at Bowditch & Dewey has been a significant highlight. It allows me to go beyond lawyering and to contribute to the firm and community in a much larger sense.
Community involvement: I believe in Worcester’s potential and have a personal interest in helping disadvantaged people access education and jobs. My community engagement focuses on that goal, most notably as a trustee at Quinsigamond Community College and a member of the Worcester Advisory Committee of Bottom Line.
Ultimate career goal: To help Worcester reach its full potential ... and also to get rich.
Non-relative you admire most: Michael Angelini
Favorite book: “The World According To Garp,” or anything else by John Irving
Hidden talents: Let’s just say many people call me the dog whisperer, cat whisperer and baby whisperer.
“By the time I turn 50, I’d like to have accomplished … world travel and to have become a legal correspondent for a major TV network.”
