Karen Chapman
President, Corridor Nine Area Chamber of Commerce, Westborough
The Oxford resident and graduate of Worcester South High School served as Corridor Nine’s vice president before moving up to the chamber’s presidency last year. During her 13 years at Corridor Nine, Chapman has been responsible for producing a business-to-business trade show with 120 exhibitors and 1,200 visitors each year. She has also launched a local young professionals group and organized the chamber’s annual golf tournament.
Alicia O’Connell

The 40 Under Forty honoree from 2014 helps run the family law firm with her father, Philip, who launched the practice more than 30 years ago. The graduate of Auburn High School specializes in real estate conveyancing, administration of estates, estate planning and elder law. Before joining the firm in 2011, O’Connell worked as an executive compensation and employee benefits associate in New York.

A member of the 40 Under Forty Class of 2011, Ward has 20 years of experience in information technology. In 2002, he founded inConcert, a web design, development, and hosting firm. As president and CEO, he helps clients strategize and create ways to make their websites and email marketing more effective. He was also named 2015 Business Person of the Year by the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce.
