Jeffrey V. Cicolini
Age: 37
Title: Vice President/Shareholder
Company: Alexander, Aronson, Finning & Co. PC
Company location: Westborough
Residence: Saugus
College: Salem State College
Career highlights: I joined Alexander, Aronson, Finning & Co. PC as a staff accountant in July 1994 upon graduating from college. I was then promoted from staff accountant to senior accountant and then to manager in just over four years. Eight years thereafter, I was promoted to vice president and shareholder of the firm.
Community involvement: At my alma mater, Salem State College, I serve as treasurer of the executive committee and also chair the audit/finance committee. I also participate in several nonprofit client events such as food drives, walks for cause, as well as team sporting events. In the local community, I support little league, food pantry/food drives, and police and fire associations.
Biggest professional success: Being promoted to vice president/shareholder of AAF. I knew shortly after beginning my career at AAF that I wanted to stay to become a partner/owner. I also knew that with hard work, passion and dedication, my dream would come true.
Dream job: I cannot see myself doing anything other than what I do now. However, managing the Boston Red Sox would be an awesome experience.
Businessperson he admires most and why: The person I most admire is my father. as he owned several businesses over the years and did what it took to make each one of them successful. My father’s belief was that hard work, dedication and unparalleled customer service were the recipe for any business to be successful. He led by example and was respected by everyone he came into contact with.
If you weren’t doing the job you’re doing now, what would you do? I would be executive director at a Boys and Girls Club or a Juvenile Justice Center.
