Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance, and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. At Holden Hearing Aid Center, we believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Our staff is here to support you, not only during your initial visit, but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.
Dr. Matthew Moreno has been an audiologist since 1999 and developed compassion for those with hearing impairment while being raised in the same house with his great-grandparents. His resolve was further strengthened while volunteering at a summer camp for children with hearing impairment during his high school and college years.
“Our mission is to improve the lives of people with hearing loss through better hearing,” said Moreno. “Our educated, experienced audiology staff is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of hearing care in a personalized, caring environment.”
Choosing the right hearing aid starts with a clear understanding of your unique hearing loss needs. Our center provides comprehensive hearing care services, including complete hearing evaluations, hearing loss rehabilitation, education, and counseling. Our advanced testing procedures accurately identify whether or not you have hearing loss and measure the type and severity. “We dispense a wide range of hearing technology, including the latest models to suit most every hearing loss, hearing need, unique lifestyle, and budget,” said Moreno.
Thanks to advances in technology, hearing products are designed to be more compatible with our lives than ever before. In addition to hearing aids, there are a number of products that make living and communicating with hearing loss easier to manage. These days, many hearing devices are Bluetooth compatible, which allows you to connect your hearing aids to various devices for optimal sound quality directly from the source.
At Holden Hearing Aid Center we are passionate about helping our patients hear and live better. Forming patient relationships is an important piece in the process. A testament to his caring, compassionate approach to the challenge of hearing loss are the referrals he receives from his patient’s families and friends sharing their experience here at Holden Hearing Aid Center. Each month he visits multiple Councils on Aging as well as assisted living facilities where he tends to those that are unable to get to the office.
Dr. Moreno is very active in the Rutland community. He is a sponsor and coach of area baseball and softball teams, is a member of the Holden Area Chamber of Commerce, attends local health fairs, and supports our Police and Fire Departments.
We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At Holden Hearing Aid, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care.
