For 20 years, Enterprise Cleaning and Restoration has been the go-to company for commercial and residential emergency cleaning. We address a variety of cleaning needs and provide both daily and nightly cleaning services. Additionally, we offer carpet and upholstery cleaning and maintenance; floor stripping and refinishing; steam cleaning of tile floors; flood clean up; and restoration services.
Five years ago, Enterprise Cleaning Corporation added a Restoration and Flood element to our portfolio and we now offer electrostatic disinfecting services to completely disinfect your entire office or place of business.
Enterprise has gone high tech with the development of a custom application that improves productivity and efficiency. All employee training takes place via videos that must be viewed on the app before on-boarding. “The app allows us to geofence our employees, manage clock in and clock out times, and upload messages,” said Stephen Buchalter, president.
The app is also beneficial for clients and can be customized for individual needs. When cleaners complete a job, the customer receives a report via email that details the services provided. “The app has opened new doors for the company and for the customer,” said Buchalter. “For instance, if a medical company is audited, with the push of a button, they can produce cleaning reports that our app generated.”
Additionally, the app has enabled Enterprise to step up its game when it comes to service. If a client expresses a concern, a member of management goes directly to the account to address the issue. The manager may take photos and upload them to the app, making the cleaner aware of the work that needs to be done. Once the work is completed, the cleaner takes photos to show that the service has been completed and emails them to the client. Buchalter says, “The app enables us to address client concerns in a timely fashion and train cleaning staff to ensure that the issue does not happen again.”
This year Enterprise Cleaning is creating its own brand of chemicals and equipment and will branch out into a paper product distributorship to better serve our clients’ needs. This new business will enable us to provide paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and trash liners at reduced pricing.
This attention to detail and dedication to service has earned Enterprise Cleaning the Best of Business award from the Worcester Business Journal four times in the last nine years.
Grateful for its success, Enterprise continues to give back to the community by supporting many local organizations and critical missions, such as cancer awareness. During the holidays, we show appreciation to our clients and local vendors.
Buchalter credits Enterprise Cleaning’s steady growth to his staff. “We have been fortunate over the years to have a great team,” he said. “Part of building that great team is rewarding our employees for their good work. We try to create a family-like atmosphere.” Employees who work overtime or weekend shifts enjoy a special lunch or dinner as a reward.
Enterprise will continue to expand into new areas based on our clients’ needs. “We always look at our organization and try to figure out how we can do better,” said Buchalter. “We look at what value we can add to our services and products.”
