1. Renovate and open a twelve-bed, 3/4 house providing a safe, sober and structured environment for men after their graduation from the Crozier House, our six-month recovery program.
2. Continue developing relationships with the philanthropic community post-COVID-19.
3. Expand our collaborations with the local municipalities, social service agencies, business community, United Ways, and so many of the other wonderful local groups that we had the privilege of working side-by-side with during the pandemic.
4. Generate the necessary resources to maximize the basic needs that we provide, including food, clothing, case management, diapers, hygiene products, and any other basic necessities that an individual or family may need.
5. Continue to listen to the needs of the community to ensure we are providing the services that match those needs.
6. Celebrate the 50th anniversary of providing recovery services for substance and alcohol use at our Crozier House.
