1. Develop community-based partnerships to deliver an innovative, transitional, client-focused solution that helps move people from dependence to self-sufficiency.
2. Selectively expand services that will enhance client outcomes in a financially sustainable way.
3. Evaluate and understand the critical, non-clinical factors that are creating the largest health and employment failures.
4. Create and deliver a service model that addresses these key factors in collaboration with healthcare providers, employers and clients.
5. Selectively expand existing portfolio of senior residential facilities.
6. Fully develop existing infrastructure and human capital to allow for continued scalability.
In addition to ongoing awareness and fundraising campaigns, there are several ways to support Ascentria Care Alliance. We are always looking for strategic partnerships, as well as financial and in-kind support, to help advance our mission to empower people and strengthen communities. We welcome donations, matching gifts (especially around Giving Tuesday), and your support by hosting or providing event space for small conferences or fundraising events.
To be sure you get the most up-to-date information, please visit our website at ascentria.org and sign up for our newsletter/mailing list. You can follow us on social media for client stories, and to learn about the impact of donor investments, upcoming events, opportunities to get involved, and much more.

Volunteers are important to Ascentria’s success and to strengthening the communities we serve.
Ascentria offers a variety of volunteer opportunities. You can volunteer with a group, as an individual, on an ongoing basis, or just one time. You can tutor a student or provide pro bono professional services and skills, host a fundraising event, or organize your company to come for a tailored day of giving back to your community.
We work hard to ensure our volunteers make real and lasting change. Our employees and the people we serve value our volunteers. Many of our volunteers stick with us because they find their work to be impactful, interesting and tremendously rewarding.
For a complete listing of volunteer opportunities, please visit ascentria.org/volunteer.
