F&M Tool & Die Inc. of Leominster will move into a new 23,390-square-foot manufacturing facility in Lancaster after agreeing to a lease for a building at 851 Sterling Road.
The owners of New England Wire Products in Leominster have purchased two neighboring industrial buildings at 101 and 107 Scott Drive from Spectro Coating Corp., a flock manufacturer that stopped production in February.
