The price of single-family homes in Central Massachusetts continues to climb, as median sales prices increased again in Worcester and Middlesex Counties during February. This is largely a continuation of trends seen in January and during the whole of 2023. 

Central Massachusetts professionals are being hired and promoted at organizations like ERA Key Realty Services, Fidelity Bank, and Rollstone Bank & Trust.

Local unemployment rates throughout Central Massachusetts climbed to begin 2024, although the January figures are still lower than the rate seen at that time last year.
