Central Massachusetts universities are implementing AI technology into courses and trying to address concerns for faculty and students.

The Patels seek to turn the pawn shop into a convenience store, adding to their portfolio of stores, according to a press release issued by Worcester-based NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs on Thursday. 

Rise has five properties in its portfolio, with this property being its first purchase in Massachusetts.

Describing the stores as offering “unprecedented discounts,” the company said sales will apply to “workwear, footwear, teamwear and everyday clothing.”

Employees at Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, Fidelity Bank, and Walker Development & Construction Management are on the move.
