Little Leaf Farms, the Devens food manufacturer, said Wednesday it has received $38 million in financing from Bank of America, as it plans expansions in Devens, Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
Devens has rebounded with thousands of jobs since the military base closed, but a central component of the military era remains vacant. A new plan hopes to add residences there.
