A 76-unit apartment complex on Littleton Road in Ayer has sold for just over $12 million to a Boston property management firm.

New hires and promotions at companies like AAFCPAs in Westborough, Bryley Sytems in Clinton, Concierge Physical Therapy in Sutton, Reliant Medical Group and Framingham State University.

AMSC announced $11 million in orders last week. The orders, from D-Var Statcom system which serves the renewable energy sector in the U.S. and Australia, are expected to provide voltage regulation by responding to varying load conditions while connecting wind power plants to the electric grid, the company said.
