Two adjacent Westborough properties could soon be the home of a self-storage facility and the new headquarters of a building restoration company, following two separate property sales totalling $4.2 million.

Central Massachusetts professionals are being hired and promoted at organizations including bankHometown, Vision Advertising, and Webster Five.

Ascend Elements, a Westborough-based company that recycles former electric vehicle battery components into materials used to construct new batteries, has opened a jointly operated plant in Poland.
