The owner of Piece by Piece Movers, a moving-and-storage company with offices in Newton and Woburn, purchased a 24,696-square-foot industrial building on 2.78 acres at 62 Hopkinton Road in Westborough.

BJ’s, the Westborough-based retail warehouse chain, is opening four new locations this year, including the first one in state and adding to its 229 clubs and 160 BJ’s Gas locations in 17 states.

Stonegate Group, a Natick real estate management and development company, acquired a three-level office building on 5.4 acres at 134 Flanders Road in Westborough for $6.1 million.
