Central Massachusetts saw an increase in the number of single-family homes sold in April when compared to the same month last year, as average sales prices in the region largely continue to climb.

After seeing its estimated population decline from 2020 until 2022, the estimated population of Massachusetts in 2023 saw a 0.27% increase from 2022.

The renovation led to changes to all 18 green sites and hole corridors and the addition of fescue grass, a breed of wispy grass commonly found on links-style courses.

The new Equitable Developers Fund is the largest publicly led financing program of its kind in the country, according to MassHousing.
