Northborough insulation product manufacturer Aspen Aerogels announced on Wednesday it finalized the termination of its strategic partnership with German chemical producer BASF.

Two apartment complexes in Northborough totaling 15 units sold for $2.8 million to an entity registered to Subrahmanyam Kota, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds.

In its second expansion in a year, Trivedi Advanced Technologies LLC is moving into a Northborough location after purchasing the 21,500-square-foot office for $2.15 million in a deal closed Dec. 8.

A 33,800-square-foot office building on Otis Street in Northborough was sold for $3.15 million to Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation in Buffalo, according to the Worcester Registry of Deeds. 

Metrie, a wood and molding manufacturer, has negotiated a lease that more than doubles its manufacturing space on Bartlett Street in Northborough, according to a Monday press release from Toronto-based real estate agency Avison Young.

Northborough insulation product manufacturer Aspen Aerogels has sold $75 million in stock to an affiliate of Koch Strategic Platforms.
