Wholesale tire distributor Max Finkelstein Inc., headquartered in New York City, will lease a 106,000-square-foot distribution space at 150 Hayes Memorial Drive in Northborough, according to a press release from Worcester real estate brokerage firm NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs.
