With increasing focus being paid to making newly constructed buildings more energy efficient and environmentally friendly, Milford-based Consigli Construction has named Edward White as the director of operations for Arch Energy, the firm’s clean energy division.

The 119-room, four-floor hotel was built in 1999, according to Town of Milford property records. Amenities at the facilities include a fitness center, on-site laundry facilities, and an heated indoor swimming pool.
