Exactly two years after National Development bought a 148-acre Hudson property formerly owned by Intel, the Newton-based developer has submitted plans to turn the lot into a nearly 1-million-square-foot industrial campus.

Shares began trading at an initial price of $10, climbing to around $14.30 as of late Monday morning.
