Real estate brokerage Greater Boston Commercial Properties said it has completed a “leasing spree” at Hopkinton Technology Park, after landing seven tenants in the last 10 months.
Bret O'Brien, president of the Marlborough-based firm, said a handful of large tenants left Hopkinton Technology Park on South Street in recent years, leaving the site with a “big glut” of space left, he said.
Earnings for Hopkinton-based data storage giant EMC Corp. fell short of analyst expectations in the third quarter, and the company lowered its full-year profit outlook, due to a stronger U.S. dollar that's expected to temper demand from overseas customers.

The Journal said EMC held on-again, off-again discussions with officials from Hewlett-Packard and, while those talks appear to be off now, it's not clear whether they will begin again. As for Dell, the WSJ cited people familiar with talks between the two firms, adding that it's not clear what the status of those talks are.
