The development firm behind a 845,000-square-foot UPS distribution center has bought the property for $25 million.

Fabric and crafts retailer Joann will shutter four of its Central Massachusetts locations in the latest development of the strained Ohio-based company’s ongoing bankruptcy proceedings. 

Crumbl Cookies, the Utah-based dessert franchise known for its jumbo treats with a cult following, will open a Shrewsbury location on Friday.
