Saint-Gobain donates $170K to Greater Worcester nonprofits

The Saint-Gobain North America Foundation, the corporate foundation of Worcester manufacturer Saint-Gobain, said on Thursday it awarded $170,000 in funding to 21 Greater Worcester nonprofits. 

Spectrum doubles internet speed in 30 Central Mass. towns

Spectrum Internet, a communications technology provider affiliated with Charter Communications, Inc., has doubled the starting download speed of its internet service from 100 to 200 Mbps throughout its Central Mass. locations, according to a Tuesday press release.
