The DAVIS Cos., a Marlborough-based staffing and talent advisory firm, has appointed a new president for the first time in a decade, promoting employee Mark Agostinelli following the departure of the CEO’s son from the role.

With the October sales increase, Massachusetts is now on track to slightly eclipse the total sales seen in 2023.

"Think about the allocation of transportation money within our state," Lynch said Monday.
