Wakefield cannabis company Curaleaf, with a majority of its operations in Central Massachusetts, has been fined a record $250,000 by the state Cannabis Control Commission after failing to disclose a change of ownership. 

The former Webster location of a Toronto glass manufacturer has been sold to a Boston real estate investment firm for nearly $6 million.
