The owner of upscale Webster restaurant Stave & Still is planning to open a southern-style restaurant and bar in Dudley by the end of November.

The Webster Planning Board is set to discuss odor complaints at a 104,000-square-foot cannabis cultivation facility operated by Wakefield-based Curaleaf Massachusetts, Inc. at its next meeting on Nov. 29.
