The owners of Tree House Brewing Co. have purchased a parcel of land adjacent to the company’s Charlton headquarters for $2 million, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds.

After a short hiatus, Rapscallion Pub is back in business with plans to reopen at 3 Arnold Road in the Fiskdale area of Sturbridge on Feb. 24, the company confirmed Friday.

Dubbed the Bison Den, the facility is located at the Dudley Hill Golf Club and will eventually open to the general public. The bar had a soft opening on Tuesday.
