The growth of one of Massachusetts’ most well known craft beer companies continues, as Charlton-based Tree House Brewing plans on opening a location in New York.
Boston-based developer GFI Partners has purchased 221 acres of industrial-zoned land at 241 Sturbridge Road in Charlton for $8.3 million. The Town approved a plan for a 1.4-million square-foot warehouse at the site in 2021.
