Grafton-based Homefield Credit Union has named returning employee Sarah Miller as the financial institution’s new senior vice president and chief lending officer.

The owners of an apartment building in Upton, one of whom is the owner of a Worcester apartment complex that saw a roof collapse in 2022, have sold the Upton property for $6 million just over 14 months after they purchased it for $1.7 million.
