Led by Worcester manufacturing tech firm Solvus Global, 19 Central Massachusetts firms made the 2022 Inc. 5000, a national list of the fastest growing companies from the New York City magazine.

The 31,080-square-foot location of a glass factory in Whitinsville sold for $4.2 million on Aug. 1. The manufacturer will remain at the location.

Two corporations, both registered to Barry Rynearson, the CFO of Pennsylvania’s Heller Capital Group, purchased two adjacent lots, totaling just over 2 acres, at 44 and 56 Industrial Drive in Uxbridge for $7.6 million.

A 5,200 square foot industrial building at 7 Saint Mark Street in Auburn, sold to Turnpike Developments LLC of Sutton by Johnson Pleasant Realty LLC of Auburn for $690,000.
