Rhode Island developers Churchill & Banks purchased a property at 244 Worcester St. in Grafton, from Millbury aerospace company Wyman Gordon for $9.2 million, after receiving approval for a 375,000 square-foot warehouse facility on the property in April.

The Polish National Home Association Banquet Hall in Grafton was sold for redevelopment on Thursday for $635,000, according to Realtor Andrew Murray of A. Murray Real Estate, LLC of Worcester, who represented the buyer.
