Chiller Technology, a Woburn-based HVAC company, is suing Milkmen Cultivation, a Clinton-based cannabis company, over a lack of payments.

Boston-based developer GFI Partners has purchased 221 acres of industrial-zoned land at 241 Sturbridge Road in Charlton for $8.3 million. The Town approved a plan for a 1.4-million square-foot warehouse at the site in 2021.
